Records required for all depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct by Title 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75, et seq., are on file with the appropriate Records Custodian as specified below.

Exempt Content

All other visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provisions of Section 2257 because:

• They do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(i) through (iv);
• They do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. §2257A produced after March 19, 2009;
• They do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(v) produced after March 19, 2009;
• The visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995; or
• This Company does not act as a "producer" with respect to the dissemination of such exempt images as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c).

RoteSeiten requires all profile owners (models, clubs, venues, and content creators) to:

• Verify their identity and age through our verification process before uploading any content.
• Maintain proper documentation (government-issued ID, age verification records) for all individuals appearing in their content.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including Swiss, German, and EU regulations regarding adult content.

Profile owners who upload content are responsible for ensuring that all persons depicted in their content meet legal age requirements and have provided proper consent.

Platform Responsibility

As a platform operator, RoteSeiten:

• Does not produce sexually explicit content directly.
• Acts as an intermediary hosting user-generated content from verified profile owners.
• Maintains records of profile owner verification and age confirmation.
• Cooperates fully with authorized law enforcement and regulatory inspectors.
• In cases where RoteSeiten may be considered a "producer" under applicable law, we maintain appropriate records and make them available to authorized inspectors as required.

Compliance with Swiss and EU Law

In addition to voluntary compliance with U.S. federal law, RoteSeiten operates in full compliance with Swiss Federal Law (including criminal code provisions on pornography and age verification), the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable German and Austrian national laws.
