1. Introduction

RoteSeiten is committed to maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and legally compliant platform for all users. We take all content removal requests and complaints seriously. All reports are reviewed and resolved promptly, with a response provided to the requester within five (5) business days or sooner.

Illegal content is removed immediately and reported to relevant authorities where required by law. This policy outlines the process for submitting complaints and how we handle content removal requests on our platform.

2. What You Can Report

You can submit a complaint or removal request if you believe any content on RoteSeiten:

  • Violates our Terms of Service
  • Violates our Community Guidelines
  • Is illegal under Swiss, German, or EU law
  • Depicts you without proper consent (for individuals appearing in profile images, media, or posts)
  • Contains false or misleading information (fake profiles, incorrect pricing, deceptive service descriptions)
  • Infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Constitutes harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Is spam or commercial abuse

3. How to Submit a Complaint

A. Email Submission

Send a detailed complaint to our support team at info@red-page.com. Please include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Description of the issue or violation
  • Link to the profile, post, or content in question
  • Date and time you discovered the issue
  • Your proposed resolution (e.g., content removal, profile suspension)
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, correspondence, etc.)

B. Report Button (On Platform)

Use the Report button (⋮ three-dot menu) available on model, club, and venue profiles, user-generated posts and media, and messages. This will open our Online Complaint Form where you can submit your report directly through the platform.

C. DMCA Copyright Complaints

For copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), please use our dedicated DMCA submission process available at the linked DMCA form.

4. Receipt of Complaints

Upon receiving your complaint, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt via email within three (3) business days.
  • Record your complaint in our system for tracking and resolution.
  • Assign it for review by our moderation team.

5. Complaint Review Process

Complaints are investigated by our Customer Service and Moderation team and, if necessary, escalated to senior management or legal counsel. Key review steps include assessment, verification (including requesting proof of consent where applicable), and communication of the outcome. We aim to resolve complaints within five (5) business days.

Special Provision: Consent Disputes

Natural persons depicted in content who believe they were included without proper consent may appeal by submitting a formal complaint. We will review all related consent documentation provided by the profile owner. If consent cannot be verified or is legally void, the content will be removed immediately. If there is a dispute over the validity of consent under applicable law, the matter may be referred to an appropriate neutral arbitration body or legal authority.

6. Resolution and Response

After review, we will contact you within five (5) business days to notify you of our findings and planned actions (where legally permitted). Actions may include removing or blocking content, suspending or banning user accounts, or restricting access to content.

If a final decision cannot be reached within five (5) business days, we will temporarily block the reported content as a precaution.

7. Appeals

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may submit an appeal via email to info@red-page.comwith "APPEAL" in the subject line. Appeals will be reviewed by a senior staff member or legal advisor, and a final decision will be provided within seven (7) business days of receiving the appeal.

8. Confidentiality

All complaint information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Swiss and EU data protection regulations (including GDPR). We will not disclose your identity to the reported party unless required by law or necessary for the resolution process.

9. False Reports

Users who submit false, malicious, or excessive reports may face consequences including account warnings, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban. We reserve the right to take action against users who abuse the reporting system.

10. Policy Updates

This policy is effective as of February 4, 2026 and is subject to periodic updates. Any changes will be communicated via email to registered users, announced on the platform, and posted on our website.
